The going has eased at both Naas and Leopardstown ahead of this weekend's top jumping action.

The ground is now described as soft to heavy for today's meeting at Naas following 6mm of rain since declaration time. Bog Warrior and Blackstairmountain go head-to-head in the BBA Ireland Limited Opera Hat Novice Chase, the highlight on a seven race card at the Co. Kildare track with the first due off at 1.15pm.

The Hennessy Gold Cup is just one of four Grade 1 events tomorrow at Leopardstown, where the ground if now yielding to soft (yielding in places) after 5mm of rain.

An eight race card at the Foxrock venue gets underway at 1.05pm.
