But What He's always been a nice horse. He had a lovely run in Navan last year (third in September) and had a little touch of a tendon after it, so he had the year off. Hopefully, he'll be alright in the morning and we can keep going. He loves that ground, he wouldn't be a horse for the heavy winter ground. He loves a bit of nice ground, maybe a little bit slower than that, but you definitely wouldn't be going on winter ground. I'd imagine we'll be looking at Fairyhouse or Leopardstown, somewhere where the ground would be nice. I don't know where he'll fit in but he's a good horse.

Plains Indian I suppose he was the class horse in the race being a Listed winner and I know he has been disappointing but the ground was too soft for him all year. He had a good first run back this year and if he hadn't run twice since on ground which was too hard, he'd have been favourite today. We think he is well handicapped on the flat but can't get the ground for him. We'll try for another 0-140 handicap now and he could either go to Cheltenham later this month or to Leopardstown over Christmas.

My Girl Sioux She deserved her turn. Maurice Aherne and Ronnie Cagney own her together and I'm delighted for them as they are after persevering a long time with her and she's owed them that. They went hard and in theory she came up the wrong side.

Fleur In The Park He wants two and a half to three miles and I thought he’d win over two if he is as good as I think he is. He is going for the Monksfield at Navan in three weeks’ time, so we had to get a run into him and that will bring out loads of improvement. Cian (Quirke, jockey) said he had a blow, that he won very easy and he had loads of horse left. He had good runs in bumpers last year but was never really trained for bumpers, as I wanted to give him a chance to be a good horse and I didn’t want to drill him to win bumpers, he still ran very well in them. I think there will be improvement over hurdles and over fences next year, that’s the plan.

Smooth Tom He's a versatile horse and I think he'll stay two miles,. I forgot to enter him for the Irish Cesarewitch this year and I'd say it will suit him. We might run him in the Grade 3 hurdle at Down Royal on Friday week if he's alright and give him a little break then. The handicapper can't touch him there at the weights as the second is rated 86. There is also the Listed Finale Stakes back here on the last day but I'll probably run him over hurdles, he likes small fields. He ran well the last day, it was kind of a non event with Daddy Long Legs going out in front and he didn't follow him. He rode for second and got second. He was second in the Lincoln as well this year so he's very versatile. Keith Donoghue rode him in a Grade 1 at Leopardstown last year and thought he'd be an ideal horse for a Galway Hurdle but we had to give him a break at that stage. Adam is a very good rider. A few things went wrong for him this year and he's gone through a lean spell so it's great for him to get a winner. He's well able to ride.
