The Raceday Stewards enquired from C. Horgan rider of Rock Etoile, who was unseated in this race. C. Horgan stated that his mount stumbled independently and unseated him after the stalls opened. Having considered the evidence and viewed a recording of the incident, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
