McCabe makes a welcome return to the winners enclosure
Moses McCabe who has overcome some serious health problems made a welcome return to winners enclosure after his charge Oscar Dubh landed the Pinnacle Novice Handicap Chase.
Darcy who was in front from halfway aboard the Oscar gelding were headed approaching the last but were soon back in front after Oola Lad and Pat Mangan crashed out at the last.
The pair kept on well on the run in to post a one-and-three-parts of a length win over Mont Tresor and Niki O'Shea.
A delighted McCabe said afterwards: "I had a lot of trouble with my kidneys and then I got a kick in my leg but i'm back on track now."
"We'll stay handicapping with this lad."
