Curragh Sun, 3rd Nov, 2024 Jetara She’s been declared twice and I couldn’t run her because of the ground. She did it nicely and Shane said she was always in control. We are going to run her in the Lismullen Hurdle and then either the Long Walk Hurdle at Ascot or Leopardstown at Christmas. We can look at the Flat with her next year but I wouldn’t be running her on good to firm ground. |
Gowran Park Mon, 21st Oct, 2024 Thrifty Of Digby She’s had no luck all year and a horse went down beside her in the stalls at Sligo which frightened her. Today we got everything right which is great. I thought she wanted quick ground and she handled that great, so what do we know! |
Leopardstown Sun, 20th Oct, 2024 Norwalk Havoc We’re delighted with him, he really enjoyed that heavy going. He ran a great race in the English Cambridgeshire and was just drawn on the wrong side that day. I think he was only beaten a nose on his side. He just had nothing to take him into the race and he ran with real credit. It’s great to get that Listed win before the end of the season. I don’t think there is anything else for him for the rest of the year but he stays in training next year and he’s one to look forward to early doors. |

Limerick Sat, 19th Oct, 2024 Jetara it is great to ride a quality mare like this and it's not every day when you're flicking through form and see '2nd to Ballyburn'. It was a pleasure to put my leg across her and obviously a pleasure to ride for the trainer and owner. She switched off, stuck out her head and did what she had to do having jumped fluently throughout. It is grand to see her settling and hopefully she will come on from it. |
