Permission was given for Craigneiche (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
The Starter reported that Richard Condon, the rider of Heaven Help Us (IRE), and Brian Hayes, the rider of Sneaky Getaway (FR), failed to walk or jig-jog into the start.
The riders and the Starter were interviewed, and recordings of the incident were shown.
Condon was suspended for 1 day for misconduct at the Start.
Being a 7lb claimer, Condon was accompanied by a senior rider in the enquiry.
Hayes was found not in breach.
Richard Condon, the rider of the winner, Heaven Help Us (IRE) was suspended for 2 days for using his whip without time to respond approaching the final hurdle.
The Stewards noted that shortly after jumping the final hurdle, Tea Clipper (IRE), placed third, Monte Cristo (FR), unplaced, and Koshari (FR), unplaced, were all hampered by Blue Sari (FR), which had fallen at the hurdle.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Garo De Juilley (FR), unplaced, had been struck into on its right hind.
