An enquiry was held to consider interference entering the top bend on the first circuit involving the winner, Eglantine Du Seuil (FR), ridden by Bryony Frost, and Proper Ticket (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Paddy Brennan.
The interference was found to be accidental in that on the apex of the bend, Eglantine Du Seuil (FR) stepped slightly left-handed at the same time as Proper Ticket (IRE) edged marginally right-handed off the rail resulting in Brennan to have to take a check.
