The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident shortly after turning into the straight involving Fillusin, ridden by Miss H.M. Smullen, and Savante, ridden by Mr J.P. O'Rourke, where it appeared Savante ran short of room on the inner. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Savante, trained by C.A.Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal

Rules or Rules of Racing, other than one I.N.H. flat race or National Hunt flat race Weights - 4-y-o 11st 5-y-o and up 11st 4lbs Penalties - Penalty - Winner of an I.N.H. flat race or a National Hunt Flat race 7lb extra Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (up to and including 15th July) may also ride in this race. (The winning owner in this race will receive a €5000 bonus (€7500 bonus if Irish bred) should the winning filly be eligible for the Weatherbys Ireland/I.T.B.A. N.H.
