He likes to be ridden a bit wide and I kind of know him and that's the only reason I rode him. I don't know enough about the Flat really to be riding on it!. He won well, got a lovely run round and I was able to creep a bit closer the whole way. Tony Martin's horse (Movie King) snuck up and every time he snuck up, I snuck up behind him and got a lovely run into it. I got there a fraction too soon but, even still, he is a horse you have to kind of keep going when you are going. He did it comfortably and I'd imagine that would be him for the year, and we will look forward to next year with him. He starts slowly whether it is Flat or National Hunt, and he likes to come wide and likes his own room.
