The Starter reported that Blessed To Empress (IRE) refused to enter the stalls and was withdrawn at 1:54pm.
Amy Murphy was informed that the mare could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately 1 furlong after the start involving A Go Go (GB), unplaced, ridden by Rhiain Ingram and Moveonup (IRE), unplaced, ridden by George Bass.
Being a 7lb claiming apprentice, Bass was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry but declined.
Bass was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had allowed his mount to shift left-handed, towards the rail when not sufficiently clear of A Go Go (GB), causing Ingram to steady her mount for a number of strides when short of room against the rail.
On the bend leaving the back-straight, a very free running It Must Be Faith (GB), placed second, moved left- handed, tightening Aces (IRE), placed third, for room between runners, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of It Must Be Faith (GB).
An enquiry was held to consider interference on the final bend involving Last Date (GB), unplaced, ridden by Jason Hart and It Must Be Faith (GB), placed second, ridden by Erika Parkinson.
Being a 7lb claiming apprentice, Parkinson was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry but declined.
Parkinson was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as she had allowed her mount to edge left-handed without correction, when not sufficiently clear, causing Hart to check off heels on a weakening Last Date (GB).
Approximately 1 furlong out, the winner, Requinto Dawn (IRE), edged slightly left-handed causing We're Reunited (IRE), placed fifth, to be briefly checked in its run, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Requinto Dawn (IRE).
The performance of A Go Go (GB) which finished ninth of twelve runners, was considered.
The representative of David Evans explained that the filly was unsuited by not being able to make the running on this occasion.
Their explanation was noted and A Go Go (GB) was routine tested.
