This was a decent 3-y-o handicap and Aine proved her shock win at Tipperary was no fluke with a polished performance. She may well be up to Listed company in time.

Epic Odyssey, one of only two maidens in the line-up, made most of the running and did well to hold on for second when passed by the winner with just under a furlong to run.

Fourpenny Lane was weak in the market, but ran a nice race on her seasonal debut.

Badger Or Bust did not have the clearest of passages and ran an honest race off topweight. He had the benefit of a recent run, but nonetheless should continue to pay his way.

Outside of the first four the rest ran poorly.
