The Stewards held an enquiry into a complaint made by Hayley Turner that John Egan had used threatening and abusive language toward her in the changing rooms following race two.
The Stewards interviewed Turner and Egan in the presence of witnesses Frederick Larson, Jason Watson and Paul Mulrennan.
Having considered their evidence, the Stewards found Egan in breach of Rule (J)20 and guilty of improper conduct.
Egan was suspended for 10 days.
Following the race, Jason Watson reported that Melody Of Life ((IRE), placed third, hung left-handed under pressure.
Fredrick Larson reported that Hathlool (IRE), placed seventh, hung left-handed from two furlongs out.
Billy Garritty reported that Gabrial The Devil (IRE), unplaced, anticipated the start.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Mighty Gurkha (IRE), placed eight, lost a left-fore shoe.
