It's nice to win a Group race with her because she's been very consistent all along. I thought it was a very open race pre-race, a competitive Group race. Her run in Ascot was very good and she deserved to win a Group race. It was a good ride from Dylan. The owners are New Zealand based and she'll be going to Australia at some stage. The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident at the first bend involving Lady Lunette, ridden by A.J. Slattery, unplaced, Valpolicella (GER), ridden by H.J. Horgan, unplaced, One Look, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed second, and Rubies Are Red, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed sixth where it appeared Rubies Are Red ran short of room
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. A.J. Slattery stated that he took time on the bend and felt he kept his racing line. H.J. Horgan stated that he was unaware that W.J. Lee had moved up but he felt he was clear regardless. W.J. Lee stated that he moved slightly in to avoid heels. W. M. Lordan stated that he met with interference and had to check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not entirely agree with W.J Lee's evidence but they gave him the benefit of the doubt on this occasion and took no further action
