The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Zipporah, trained by Miss Denise Marie O'Shea, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal

The Stewards requested a report from Emmet Mullins, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Tornado Watch, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge was having its third run for him having disappointed previously when running left handed. He said that having reviewed the previous form of his charge, he noticed that all previous wins had come about racing right handed. He felt that a combination of a drop back in class and a liking for a right handed track, had brought about the apparent improvement in form

Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
