The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving I'm Spartacus, ridden by Adam Caffrey, placed second, and Goldmoyne, ridden by M.W Hassett, unplaced, where it appeared I'm Spartacus carried Goldmoyne a little left. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted

McAteer, unplaced , and Zentopia, ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, unplaced, where it appeared L.T. McAteer had to sit momentarily. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Raceday Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the fact that Goldmoyne , trained by T. Doyle, did not enter the parade ring prior to the race, instead being mounted on the chute and proceeding directly to the start. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated that he is a difficult horse and he didn't want to agitate him further by entering the ring. He further added that he wasn't aware of his obligations to ensure his horse enters the ring prior to the race. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that T
Doyle was in breach of R32(ii) by not ensuring his mount was paraded in the parade ring a reasonable time before the signal to mount was given and having considered his clean record, they fined him €100 on this occasion.
