The Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving stalls involving Highpoint Warrior (USA), ridden by W.M. Lordan, Mr Mooj, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Sir Godzilla, ridden by R.P. Whelan, Mighty Mirage, ridden by R.P. Cleary, and Our Shakila (GB), ridden by G.F. Carroll, where it Sir Godzilla was hampered shortly after leaving the stalls. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards (having considered the matter under Rule 211 and Rule 214), took no further action with regard to Rule 214 but found G.F. Carroll in breach of Rule 211 (Marker Poles) and after considering his record cautioned the rider
