Rules or Rules of Racing Weights - 4-y-o 11st 1lbs 5-y-o and up 11st 11lbs Riders - Ladies who are Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Ladies who are Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 19th March) may also ride in this race.
