Dundalk Fri, 28th Mar, 2025  Circles She did it well and travelled well everywhere. Anthony was confident, in fairness. I haven't ridden her in a while, I rode her before Christmas and that. I always kind of came up short on her when I did ride her, but I was fairly confident for a long way today that she was very well in. Sometimes with these fillies, when they click, they click. There might be a bit of fine tuning and that. It is always nice to get a winner for Anthony who has been a good supporter of mine through the years, so it is nice to keep that partnership going.

Cork Thu, 20th Mar, 2025  Luminous Light I wasn't inclined to run him but Sean said the ground was safe enough and stayed out wide, where there was some more juice,. There was a lot of carnage in the race and I hope everyone is alright, but you need a bit of luck in this game. He encountered carnage everywhere around, with horses falling in front of him but maybe it kept him that wee bit more interested. What can you say about Sean, who is now a Champion Chase-winning jockey and a big thanks to the lads at home, as he isn't the easiest horse to work with. He can be free and keen and they keep a lid on him. That's him qualified for the Final at Punchestown so we'll put him away for that now and give the boys a day out.
