Rules or Rules of Racing that are EBF eligible Weights - 4-y-o 11st 6lbs 5, 6 and 7-y-o 11st 11lbs Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Riders who are Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 1st August) may also ride in this race.
