Orr, Temasek Star, ridden by B.M. Coen, Black Label (GB), ridden by C.T. Keane, Jazz Ranger, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, Olive D'haguenet (FR), ridden by G.P

McCullagh, summarised the race as being run at a good pace, all challengers were squeezing their mounts along from a long way out. He felt the race was run at solid fractions and the best horse won on the night, with no blame due to any other rider. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanations offered and took no further action.
