The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Cubomania, ridden by E.M. Roche, placed first, Pound A Stroke, ridden by K.J. Brouder, placed second and Graineyhill, ridden by M
Browne, placed third, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's places. The Stewards advised E.M. Roche to ride with more care in the future
