Rules or Rules of Racing and which have been placed first, second, third or fourth in a Point-to-Point steeplechase in Ireland or run in two or more Point-to-Point steeplechases in Ireland between 1st October, 2023 and 1st May, 2024 Weights - 4-y-o 11st 5lbs 5-y-o and up 11st 11lbs Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules All horses which run in this race must hold a current Hunters Certificate. a? A Hunters Certificate valid in accordance with Rule 78 for the 2023/2024 season for each horse engaged must be registered at the Office of the I.N.H.S. Committee, The Curragh, Co. Kildare not later than 1st May, 2024 or the horse will not be qualified to start. N.B. The IHRB have suspended the relevant part of Rule 78 to enable horses which run in this race (excluding the winner) to retain their Hunters' Certificates for the remainder of the Point-to-Point season. HRI Directive 10 is suspended for the purpose of this race and the following procedure will be used for elimination and balloting of horses. (i) The number of horses declared will be reduced by first balloting those horses that have not finished first, second, third or fourth in a Point-to-Point steeplechase since 1st October, 2023.
