The Stewards fined Declan Queally, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Uisce Solas, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Uisce Solas in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90

The Stewards attempted to enquire into an incident turning into the straight on the first circuit, involving Gracious Gamble, ridden by P.E. Corbett, unseated, Misshamrock, ridden by E.T. Daly, unseated and Try Dollys Sister, ridden by P.D. Kennedy, unseated, but were unable to do so as E.T. Daly was receiving medical attention. They did however, seek reports from both P.E. Corbett and P.D. Kennedy, who both confirmed that they were unavoidably unseated when Misshamrock sustained an injury and collided with them in running. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was accidental and took no further action.
