An enquiry was held to consider interference entering the bend past the winning line on the final circuit involving Lucky Circle (GB), which was later brought down, ridden by Mark Galligan; Get Wishing (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Ben Godfrey; Shanandoa (GB), placed second, ridden by Joe Anderson; Jalingo (IRE), unplaced, ridden by William Marshall and Karakoram (GB), placed eighth, ridden by Luca Morgan.
Galligan was suspended for 8 days for careless riding as he had switched Lucky Circle (GB) left-handed from behind Get Wishing (IRE) and towards the rail, carrying Shanandoa (GB) left-handed which in turn caused Jalingo (IRE) to be hampered close to the rail and Karakoram (GB) to clip heels.
