The Stewards interviewed R.J. Condon, rider of Kells Priory, concerning his use of the whip in the closing of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip guidelines. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that R.J. Condon was in breach of R10.3(g) and considering his record, they suspended him for 1 raceday
P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Sight Nor Seen trained by Andrew McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly
