The parade ring at the Curragh with all the temporary arrangements there and the bookmakers ring close by is getting a lot of horses worked up. He was calmer today and we put a hood on him and he was much more relaxed. He was too gassy in the race last week and pulled too hard. He finished out well today. The Stewards interviewed T.P. Madden, rider of Sheila's Hope, concerning his use of the whip in the last two furlongs of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that T.P. Madden was in breach of R10(3)(f) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his good recent record into consideration, the Stewards cautioned T.P. Madden
