The Raceday Privilege request for Suanni (GB) trained by Darryll Holland, to wear a red hood to post was not submitted.
Holland was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all Raceday Privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
The Starter reported that Miss Shirley (IRE), was the subject of a third criteria failure.
Michael Attwater was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
As this was the second occasion within the previous twelve months that Miss Shirley (IRE) had been reported, a further report within the same period would mean the filly would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months.
On the bend leaving the back straight SIX O’HEARTS, placed sixth, hung violently right-handed and badly hampered Miss Shirley (IRE), unplaced, which was carried extremely wide off its intended line, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of SIX O’HEARTS.
Approaching the final furlong Suanni (GB), unplaced, veered sharply right-handed away from Red Walls (GB), placed second, which had edged marginally towards it and heavily bumped with Level Up (IRE), placed fourth, causing both runners to become badly unbalanced, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race; Luke Morris reported that SIX O'HEARTS hung badly right-handed, Joey Haynes reported that Miss Shirley (IRE), unplaced, hung right and The Veterinary Officer reported that Red Walls (GB), placed second, lost its left fore shoe.
