We'll go back on the Flat with her next summer, we were always going to do that. There were just very few staying races for three-year-olds. At the request of the Stewards, D.N. Russell, rider of Lethal Steps (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount resented the kickback in the early stages of this race, settled well in running, his jumping improved as the race progressed but he hung slightly inwards before the straight and stayed on in the closing stages
C.D. Maxwell, rider of Here In The Dark (GB) trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very flat throughout this race
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Farid (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
