Enright struck a piece of railing. Having viewed the recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Daniel Joseph O'Leary, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Getaway Henry, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Daniel Joseph O'Leary reported that Getaway Henry only has one eye and he feels that he didn't enjoy being crowded in his previous runs believes that a change of tactics today in placing him prominent and wide could have brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation offered.
