After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no other horse or rider was involved and was caused by the gelding stumbling leaving the stalls.
Following the race, Connor Beasley reported that Aria Rose (GB), unplaced, stopped quickly and the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
