Leaving the stalls, Temple Bruer (GB), placed fifth, jumped left-handed hampering Electric Love (GB), unplaced, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Temple Bruer (GB).
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after the start when Temple Bruer (GB), placed fifth, ridden by Alistair Rawlinson, interfered with Electric Love (GB), unplaced, ridden by Hayley Turner.
Rawlinson was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he manoeuvred his mount left-handed when insufficiently clear of Electric Love (GB) carrying the filly off its intended line and causing Turner to have to take a check.
