He ran a great race in the English Cambridgeshire and was just drawn on the wrong side that day. I think he was only beaten a nose on his side. He just had nothing to take him into the race and he ran with real credit. . It's great to get that Listed win before the end of the season. I don't think there is anything else for him for the rest of the year but he stays in training next year and he's one to look forward to early doors.

Punchestown Tue, 17th Sep, 2024  Rockbury Lad It was a lovely ride by Jamie. He's a very frustrating horse, he's a horse that always had loads of ability. The year he was a two-year-old he was one of the best I had, but he got a fracture and then as a three-year-old got a fracture again. He always remembered. Races like that just need to work out for him, where he can be smuggled in and Jamie gave him a peach. The instructions were to ride him for luck and don't get there too soon. I was delighted for Jamie and for the lads who own him. They've persevered with him and he's a good fun horse. They are based in New York. It's only the second win of his life and he deserves to have had more. He wants neither extreme ground-wise and then he's grand for Dundalk during the winter. The handicapper has split his mark, so he's out of the 65s in Dundalk but we'll see what he does.

Gowran Park Tue, 3rd Sep, 2024  Vivienda she is after thriving since she won, she’s grown and really turned into a lovely filly. Colin is adamant that stepping up a furlong would suit her even better and she’ll go on quicker ground, albeit that’s beautiful ground out there. Hopefully that will help her get into a big handicap on Champions Weekend. Also a big shout out to Lucy who led her up, rides her out every day and keeps a smile on her face.

Cork Fri, 16th Aug, 2024  Super Sox She is a nice filly, all her runs had been good, but she won very impressively running quick sectional times on Guineas weekend. She did a 10.5 and an 11.07 (seconds) for the final two furlongs and the horse she beat won by nine lengths and 11 lengths on his next starts. She is big, we gave her time and she has furnished her frame as she was quite light in the spring. She needed to fill and hopefully it’s onwards and upwards. She has an entry in the Ballyogan, but I doubt she’ll run as it is next weekend. Billy said she could come back to six furlongs next year and we think she has a good future.
