G. Brouder, rider of Daring Decree trained by Norman Lee, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a noise
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Daring Decree, trained by Norman Lee, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be making an abnormal respiratory noise post race.
An extended handicap steeplechase for five years old and upwards rated 0-109 Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 12st and the minimum weight shall not be less than 9st 12lbs Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each steeplechase won. Riders - Confined to Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules who have not lost the right to claim the allowance under Rule 52 (iii).
