The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Mark Michael McNiff, trainer following the winning performance of Kami in this race, which appeared to represent an improvement on its previous run. The trainer reported that he felt the fast gallop, slow ground and this filly's possible preference for coming wide may have contributed to today's improvement. Having considered the report and liaised with the IHRB Handicapper, the Raceday Stewards noted its contents
A.J. Slattery, rider of My Girl Sioux, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got bumped from behind turning into the straight. Having reviewed the incident the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tic Tac Toe, trained by Ray Hackett, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
