Permission was given for both Vingegaard (IRE) and Usdi Atohi (IRE) to wear a red hood to the start and for Aesterius (IRE) to go early to post.
Binadham (IRE) wore earplugs throughout the preliminaries which were removed upon arrival at the start.
The Stewards called for a review into the closing stages of this race after interference occurred involving the winner, Big Mojo (IRE), ridden by Silvestre De Sousa, Aesterius (IRE), placed second, ridden by James Doyle, and Mr Lightside (IRE), placed third, ridden by Rossa Ryan.
Having reviewed the footage and after all three riders passed the scales, the Stewards were satisfied that the result had not been affected by the incident and therefore advised that the weighed in signal could be given.
Despite this, the Stewards wished to hold an enquiry and obtain evidence from the riders where they found the interference to be accidental in that Big Mojo (IRE) had lugged quickly left-handed bumping and carrying Mr Lightside (IRE) which in turn made slight contact with Aesterius (IRE).
Following the race, Silvestre De Sousa reported that the winner, Big Mojo (IRE), hung left-handed.
