An enquiry was held to consider interference on the run to the line involving the winner, Stellar Stream (IRE), ridden by Ben Godfrey and Duke Of Deception (IRE), placed second, ridden by Henry Brooke.
Godfrey was cautioned for careless riding as he was slow to correct his mount from drifting right-handed carrying that runner slightly off its intended racing line.
Following the race, Brian Hughes reported that Gold Emery (FR) made a number of jumping errors and so he felt it prudent to pull the gelding up.
