The Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Ajijic, ridden by Mr M.J. O'Connor, placed fourth and Roundstone, ridden by Miss L. Costello, placed third, where it appeared that Roundstone drifted across to the stand side running rail. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
