As the gelding had also refused to race at Lingfield on 14 December 2022 and Bath on 1 May 2023, Polly Gundry was informed that any future similar behaviour from Ruith Le Tu (GB) may result in the gelding being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
