Having reviewed the start, the Stewards were satisfied that Currabeha Hill (IRE) had refused to race and was deemed to be a runner.

The winner, Give Us A Swig (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Worcester on 20 June 2021 where the gelding finished twelfth of fifteen, beaten by 50½ lengths.
Sean Curran’s explanation that Give Us A Swig (GB) appeared to benefit from the step up in trip to 2 miles and 4 furlongs from 2 miles and that the yard appeared to be coming back into form, was noted.
