The Stewards sought to interview I.Madden, trainer, in relation to a difficulty in identifying his charge, Seanathair, on the inspection of the passport presented. Neither I. Madden or an authorised representative were available for interview, and having considered the circumstances of I. Madden being unavailable, the Stewards referred the matter to the CEO of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board for further investigation.
