An I.N.H. flat race for four yrs old mares only, foaled in Ireland, which were registered in the General Stud Book through the offices of Weatherbys Ireland GSB Limited in Naas, Co. Kildare and for whom the statutory foal levy due under the Thoroughbred Foal Levy Regulations 2000 was paid by December 31st in the year of birth of the foal or in the case of four yrs old mares foaled in Ireland which were registered in the General Stud Book through the offices of Weatherbys Group Ltd in Wellingborough, Great Britain a sum equal to the foal levy payment stipulated in the Thoroughbred Foal Levy Regulations, 2000 was paid to Horse Racing Ireland by December 31st in the year of birth of the foal, and which have not won a *race Weights - 11st 4lb Riders - Qualified under I.N.H.S. Rules. Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 31st October) may also ride in this race.
