Sam Twiston-Davies, the rider of Emma Lamb (GB) was unseated after the second last hurdle.
Twiston-Davies was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
It was found that Emma Lamb (GB) had clipped the heels of CHELSEA’S BOY (IRE), unplaced, which had jumped the second last flight slowly in turn causing Twiston-Davies to become unbalanced and be unseated.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Framley Garth (IRE), unplaced, lost its right- hind shoe and Think Ahead (GB), unplaced, lost its left-hind shoe.
