Jumping the first hurdle, Mi Laddo (IRE), jumped left across the heels of Emma Lamb (GB), placed second, causing the gelding to fall, and in so doing hampered Highland Bobby (GB) and Giga White (IRE), which both unseated their riders.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
