The Stewards informed Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer that Vultan, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again
Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Allora Yeats trained by Miss Katy Brown, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount stood in the stalls
The Stewards interviewed Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Allora Yeats, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that she was in breach of the Regulation and apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that Siobhan Rutledge was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g, excessive frequency. Having considered her record in this regard the Stewards suspended Siobhan Rutledge for two racedays
