I wanted to run him once here as I thought he was a horse that would suit the place, I'm glad I did now. I think he lost his stick but once they are responding they don't need it. He doesn't kill himself in front by the looks of it, the last furlong looked like coming up the Cheltenham hill!. We might have one more go with him. The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident leaving the gates involving Never Cry Never, ridden by J. Cleary, unplaced, Speedwood (FR), ridden by H.J. Horgan, unplaced, Goldmoyne, ridden by Amy Jo Hayes, placed third, and Green Valentine, ridden by P. McGettigan, unplaced, where it appeared several horses came close together
Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
