The Stewards interviewed Miss N. Fahey, rider of Place Des Vosges, concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and (i)(time to respond) and having taken her record into account suspended her for six race days
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Full Moon Magic, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race and also noted a slight nasal discharge
The Stewards reviewed an incident in the straight where Maria Christina, ridden by Ms. R. Hill, appeared to check in the straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
