An enquiry was held to consider interference 3½ furlongs out when Future Investment (GB), unplaced, ridden by Oisin Murphy, interfered with Postileo (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by David Egan.
Murphy was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had switched left-handed when not sufficiently clear, taking Postileo off his intended line.
Following the race, Paul Mulrennan reported that Hiroshima (GB), unplaced, hung left in the home straight.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Postileo (IRE), placed fourth, had lost its right hind shoe.
