An enquiry was held to consider interference on the crown of the bend involving the winner, Pastfact (GB), ridden by Gina Mangan; Amayarose (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Mollie Phillips; and Knockabout Queen (GB), placed seventh, ridden by Ross Coakley.
The interference was found to be accidental as Pastfact (GB) had shifted marginally left-handed, intimidating Amayarose (IRE) which drifted left-handed, resulting in Knockabout Queen (GB) having to be checked and clip heels.
Being a 7lb claiming apprentice, Mangan was offered the opportunity to have someone accompany her in the enquiry, but declined.
A further enquiry was held to consider interference on the crown of the bend involving Glamorous Force (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Trevor Whelan; Wiff Waff (GB), placed third, ridden by Tyler Heard; and Andre Amar (IRE), placed second, ridden by Darragh Keenan.
Whelan was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had allowed Glamorous Force (GB) to edge left-handed when insufficiently clear, taking Wiff Waff (GB) and Andre Amar (IRE) off their intended lines.
Gina Mangan, the rider of the winner, Pastfact (GB), was suspended for 4 days for using her whip above the permitted level from 1½ furlongs out.
Following the race, Nicola Currie reported that Oakenshield (IRE), placed eighth, had no more to give.
