At the furlong marker, Aramis Grey (IRE), placed second, hung left despite the best efforts of its rider, which resulted in Blame Culture (USA), placed fourth, being denied a clear run, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Aramis Grey (IRE).
