Permission was given for Angel Of Antrim (IRE) and Rubellite (IRE) to wear a red hood to post and for Independent Beauty (GB) to go early to post and to be mounted on the chute.

After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident, the rider was suspended for 1 day.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the first bend involving Come To Pass (IRE), placed second, ridden by Jack Doughty, Casa Luna (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Matteo Pinna and Angel Of Antrim (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Adam Farragher.
Being a 7lb claimer Doughty was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry but declined.
Doughty was suspended for 4 days for careless riding as he had moved left-handed towards the rail when insufficiently clear of Casa Luna (IRE), causing Pinna to take a significant check which in turn resulted in his mount bumping with Angel Of Antrim (IRE).
An enquiry was held to consider interference turning into the home straight involving Muhalhel (IRE), placed third, ridden by Mark Winn, the winner, Destinado (GB), ridden by Aidan Keeley, Casa Luna (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Matteo Pinna and Rubellite (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Alex Jary.

Following the race, Elisha Whittington reported that Ebury (GB), unplaced, ran too free and hung right-handed.
